Nathan listened to athletes who told them that "drinking" gel from a standard nutrition flask is, um, decidedly less than fun, and came up with a simple, effective solution, which they call the Race Cap. The Race Cap is a high-flow, one-way valve that gives you a quick shot of gel, and it's featured on the Speed 3 R's three 7 oz. nutrition flasks.
Nathan also went back to the drawing board to improve the ergonomics of their Speed series belts. The results include minimalist molded holsters, strategically placed to stay out of the way of your swinging arms, each with internal silicone grips to keep the flasks from popping loose. To reduce fumbling, no zippers or other tricky closures are used on either the stretch mesh pocket or front tablet pockets. Light, strong titanium belt with velcro waist closure.
